Leeandco is an AI consulting practice founded by Alex Lee, who brings 14 years of enterprise technology delivery experience from Deloitte and CGI. We work with small and mid-sized businesses whose AI efforts have stalled somewhere between interest and daily use. The approach is grounded in a simple principle: understand the operation before changing it, and be honest about what isn't worth doing.
We start from the friction you already feel in your workflows and build only what earns its place. What you get is something your team owns and can operate day to day — not a system that quietly depends on an outside consultant. Where new tooling is needed, we help you pick it and set it up, sized to what the work actually requires.
